Ostrich feather

Came loose from a Notting Hill Parade costume - it could have been any of three different costumes, all had feathers except the purple pierrot. But I think most likely it was the first one. A yellow and white Afro-Brazilian warrior type with a choreographed routine of stepping, chopping and leaping.
