Crossing the Chasm

When I first worked in Technology PR I had an opportunity to go on a press trip to Paris for a conference. We were out at La Defense. It was exhilarating – I was covering someone else, so it was a real bonus to whiz around Paris, fixing up meetings with Americans. I had a lovely chat with a guy from the Technology Guardian – he said I had to reading Crossing the Chasm, so I asked for it for Christmas. It’s untouched, but I still have an idea what the chasm is.
